A Heat Advisory is issued for the State of Missouri due to high temperatures and Heat Index Values of 100 to 105 expected for the next several days. The Heat Advisory begins at Noon today and continues until 7:00 pm Thursday.
Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat illnesses. Officials recommend drinking plenty of fluids – water is best, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.
