A Shawnee, Kansas, man was arrested by Caldwell County deputies on a warrant for alleged Sexual exploitation of a minor. Thirty-seven-year-old Philip James Taylor was charged following an investigation by Caldwell County deputies on a complaint of a 17-year-old of sexual activity over the month before July 17th.
Taylor’s bond is set at $100,000 cash only.
