USDA Urges Food Safety For Grillers & Smokers

A cooler forecast for the weekend means opportunities for outdoor cooking and smoking.  USDA food safety expert Meredith Carothers says it is important to remember food safety procedures.  Carothers says that it begins with handling raw foods.
