State Troopers made two arrests in the area counties over the weekend.
Saturday at 12:01 am, 46-year-old Garret W. Syler of Liberty was arrested for alleged DWI. He was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail on a 12-hour hold.
Saturday at about 10:31 am in Sullivan County, 43-year-old Raudel Alvarez of Pollock was arrested for alleged no valid license – third offense. He was processed and released.
