Late July Sheriff’s Report

The second half of July was busy for the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department.

 

Investigations by the deputies include: fraud and identity theft, theft from a cemetery, an email scam, property damage to a mailbox, trash dumping, and damage to property in Chula done with a sharp instrument.

 

Arrests reported include:

July 10th, 23-year-old Jeanette Huston of Chillicothe was arrested at the courthouse on a warrant for three counts of alleged endangering the welfare of a child.  She was held at Caldwell County Detention Center in lieu of $5,000 cash bond.

 

July 10th, 43-year-old Nicole Baker of Wheeling was arrested at the courthouse on an active warrant for alleged stealing. Baker was unable to post $5,000 bond and was held at Caldwell County Detention Center.

 

July 22nd, 48-year-old Brandi Peniston of Chillicothe was arrested on a Livingston County warrant for probation violation.
