Chillicothe City Council Meets Monday

The Chillicothe City Council meets Monday at 5:30 pm at City Hall.  Appearances scheduled include:

  • Mayor Theresa Kelly to make recommendations to the Planning & Zoning Board and the Board of Adjustments.
  • Catherine Hamilton with Hedrick Medical Center to recommend that Dr. Donald J Metry Jr, be reelected to the Saint Luke’s Hospital of Chilicothe, Board of Directors for a term expiring on December 31, 2028
  • Gil Gates – with an Ordinance imposing a moratorium of up to six months on issuing Building Permits for tiny homes and in-law houses, to allow sufficient time to study the impact on zoning districts, city utilities, and streets.
  • Amy Hess – Ordinance accepting the lowest and responsible bid for Railroad Bed repairs.
  • Terry Rumery – Requesting funds for Labor/Retail/Housing Studies.
  • Roze Frampton – Discussion regarding change order for the carport canopies at the new Police facility.

A closed executive session is planned to consider legal, real estate, and personnel matters.
