Missouri Jobs Report For July

The State’s Jobs report for July shows non-farm payroll increased by 17,100 jobs, private industry employment increased by 6,800 jobs, and government employment increased by 10,300 jobs.

 

Missouri’s smoothed seasonally adjusted unemployment rate increased by one-tenth of a percent to 4.1%.  That is three-tenths of a percentage point higher than in July of 2024 rate of 3.8%.

 

The monthly unemployment report with a breakdown by county will be released on August 22nd.
