Five Headed To Prison Or Treatment

The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department recently transported five people to the Missouri Department of Corrections, following court appearances.  Sheriff Steve Cox says these people will begin serving their sentence or attend required treatment programs.  The five transported include:

53 year old Jerald Barrer of Trenton sentenced to 3 years on Possession of a Controlled Substance.

38 year old Michael Stoddard of Ludlow, 2 years for Possession Controlled Substance

36 year old Mathew Pike of Chillicothe sentenced to a 120 CODS program for a Probation Violation on a DWI conviction

31 year old Cody Minard of Gallatin sentenced to a 120 CODS program for a Probation Violation on an Endangering Welfare of a Child conviction.

27 year old Shelbi Shira of Chillicothe sentenced to a 120 CODS program for a Probation Violation on a Distribution of a Controlled Substance conviction.
