Two arrests and several investigations are in the Chillicothe Police Department report for Thursday.
1:05 am, Officer received a report of property damage and theft of property at a business in the 300 block of Henry Street. Two were arrested, processed and released.
3:35 am, Report of property damage at a business in the 500 block of East Business Hwy. 36. A tractor-trailer rig that was attempting to turn around caused some damage to the lawn. The Officer tried to contact the property owner. Information on the vehicle was gathered.
8:15 am, Someone brought keys to the Police Department that had been found in the 300 block of Henry St. The owner was notified the keys could be claimed at the Police Department.
8:20 am, Officers checked a business in the 700 block of Washington Street as a rear door was found to be open. No signs of forced entry were seen, and the business owner was advised.
4:05 pm, Officer spoke with a subject whose credit card had been stolen and used here in Chillicothe.
7:05 pm, Report of an open door on a building in the 300 block of Clay Street. An employee was contacted and was going to go shut the door.
7:25 pm, Officer received a report of someone taking an overdose of medication at a home in the 1200 block of Green Street. Officers contacted the person and they were transferred to Hedrick Medical Center for treatment.
9:15 pm, Reported suspicious activity taking place in the 400 block of Jackson Street. The officers found no positive proof of illegal activity.
9:40 Officers conducted an investigation in the 800 block of Elm Street of a possible drug violation. The report states nothing of evidentiary value was determined.
