State Troopers in Linn County arrested an Illinois man Friday evening. Twenty-nine year old Israel Carrera of Justice, Illinois was arrested at 7:35 pm for alleged possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was processed at the Brookfield Police Department and released.
