A lease purchase agreement will help the Chillicothe R-II School District with the financing of the CES Expansion. Superintendent Dr Dan Wiebers presented a resolution to begin the Lease Purchase process.
Dr Wiebers says they will make sure the lease purchase will allow them to refinance if necessary.
The agreement would also lock in the rate to protect the district if rates go higher.
