A Milan man was arrested Sunday evening in Sullivan County. State Troopers arrested Morlie Sesay at about 5:35 pm for alleged DWI, driving while revoked – second offense, no valid plates and on two Platte County warrants for alleged driving while revoked and no insurance. Sesay was held at the Sullivan County Jail pending the posting of bond.
