A Kansas City, KS man was arrested by State Troopers in Daviess County Wednesday evening. At about 6:34 pm, Troopers arrested 38-year-old Billy J Hill for alleged speeding and two alleged probation violations of driving while revoked out of Camden County. He is held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail pending the posting of bond.
