One arrest in the area counties was handled by the Missouri Highway Patrol over the weekend. Saturday afternoon, Troopers in Sullivan County arrested 52-year-old Jeremy R Weaver of Milan for alleged No Drivers license, no insurance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to secure a child under the age of 8 with a seatbelt. He was processed and released.
