A Lease Purchase agreement for the CES Expansion Project was approved by the Chillicothe R-II School Board. Superintendent Dr Dan Wiebers says this helps to cover the Foundation pledges.
Wiebers says the funding is local.
The rate on the Lease Purchase is set at 4%.
