Chillicothe Police Report For Tuesday

The Tuesday Chillicothe Police report includes 77 incidents.  Officers investigated a trespassing complaint after a man reportedly set paper on fire at a downtown business.

Police also looked into a fraud report on Morningside Drive and a property damage case involving a semi-truck that struck a road sign on Highway 65 at 36.

A death investigation was conducted in the 100 block of Herriman Street, and officers seized suspected drugs at the correctional facility. A woman was arrested during an eviction on Dorney Drive after suspected drugs were found at the residence.

Other calls included a property damage complaint, several welfare checks, and an animal control matter involving a deceased person’s pet. Officers also responded to a false fire alarm at a care facility late Tuesday night.
