The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department report for the first half of October includes several incidents and arrests.
On October 3rd, deputies responded to a domestic disturbance in Utica. Two days later, they assisted the Chillicothe Police on a traffic stop that resulted in an arrest for peace disturbance.
Arrests during the period included several for driving offenses — including no valid license, speeding, and DWI. Those arrested included individuals from Chillicothe, Independence, Kansas City, and out of state.
Notable arrests include 46-year-old Jennifer Swank of Chillicothe, charged with alleged possession of a controlled substance and held at the Caldwell County Detention Center.
Also arrested was 52-year-old Thomas Haughton of Chillicothe for an alleged bond violation related to alleged DWI and resisting charges.
And 42-year-old Ronnie Masoner of Kansas was taken into custody on a bond violation from a stealing charge — he has since pled guilty and is awaiting sentencing in January.
