A Hamilton man was arrested by State Troopers in Clinton County on Wednesday morning. Fifty-four-year-old Ronald C. Blackburn was arrested for alleged possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding, and no seatbelt. He was taken to the Clinton County Jail.
