Seventy-two calls for service were handled by the Chillicothe Police Department on Thursday. Those calls include:
07:45 AM – Took a complaint regarding officers in reference to a juvenile call for service from Wednesday. This was investigated, and the administration and the citizen reviewed the investigation together. Body cameras showed proper police procedure during the call for service.
At 9:52 a.m., officers took a report of vehicle tampering on East Jackson Street.
At 1:13 p.m., they responded to a verbal domestic disturbance on Jackson Street.
At 2:37 p.m., officers took a fraud report on Smith Street.
At 4:20 p.m., officers began investigating a report of possible child abuse referred by the Columbia Police Department.
