A homeless man residing in Chillicothe was arrested by Livingston County Sheriff’s Deputies following a call for a man sleeping in a truck on LIV 405. Deputies investigated and arrested 26-year-old Chandler Paul Griffith for alleged possession of a controlled substance. His bond is set at $5,000 – cash only.
