The Livingston County Sheriff’s Report for the second half of October includes numerous incidents and arrests.
Deputies report several recent incidents. Officers recovered drug paraphernalia in Wheeling on October 17th. License plates and farm machinery thefts were investigated on October 21st and 22nd. A freshly dug grave on E. Trenton Road turned out to be for a cat. On October 25th, a traffic stop led to a DWI drugs arrest. On October 27th, a crash near Highway Y resulted in a DWI citation. And on October 31st, 76-year-old Richard Berry of Chillicothe was arrested for alleged domestic assault.
Arrests:
On October 14th, 33-year-old Ryan Wheeler of Chillicothe turned himself in on two warrants for alleged violating an order of protection and was released after posting bond.
On October 15th, 19-year-old Alayna Wilson of Hamilton was arrested for alleged DWI drugs on US 36 and released pending charges.
On October 20th, 56-year-old Phillip Fletchall of Gallatin was arrested by Daviess County authorities on a probation violation warrant from a prior DWI conviction.
And on October 27th, 26-year-old Chandler Griffith of Kansas City was arrested for alleged possession of meth-related drug paraphernalia and taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center.
And there were several arrests for speeding.
