Two Booked Into Jail Following Court Appearances

Two are booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center following sentencing in Livingston County Court.

Thirty-one-year-old Kirk Dale Rhinehart was sentenced following a probation violation hearing before Judge Ryan Horsman.  Rhinehart will continue his five-year probation from his conviction in July for hindering the prosecution and driving while revoked.  He will serve 10 days of shock time at the jail and continue community service until employed.

A Chillicothe man, 52-year-old Michael A. Aleman will serve 5 years in prison.  He was originally sentenced to 5 years of probation in June of 2024 on charges of Possession of a controlled substance.  His probation was revoked by Judge Ryan Horsman following a probation violation hearing.  He will be transferred to the Department of Corrections.
