The US Drought Monitor shows 91 percent of the state of Missouri is abnormally dry or worse, as of November 13th.
In the local counties, abnormally dry conditions exist in Grundy, Livingston, Chariton, most of Linn, and Sullivan Counties and portions of Caldwell and Carroll Counties. Moderate drought conditions exist in Daviess County and the majority of Carroll County and portions of Linn and Sullivan Counties.
