A three-vehicle crash in Adair County left two Milan residents with injuries Thursday afternoon. State Troopers report the crash occurred at about 2:05 pm on Highway 6, near Novinger. The report states a 38-year-old Milan man was eastbound and crossed the centerline, striking the trailer of a westbound semi, then struck a pick-up. The driver had minor injuries and refused treatment at the scene. His passenger, an 81-year-old Milan man, had moderate injuries and was taken to Northeast Regional Hospital for treatment.
