The reopening of the Route D bridge in Caldwell County is delayed. The Missouri Department of Transportation and its contractor began the work to replace the bridge over Shoal Creek in March 2025. The bridge was expected to reopen by November 2025, but due to several contractor schedule and weather delays it is now planned to reopen in March 2026.
