38-year-old Sasha JoAnn Lizar of Kansas City was booked by deputies on a probation and parole violation from a conviction for possession of a controlled substance. She is held with no bond allowed.
32-year-old Rylie Catherine Fisher was booked by Deputies for alleged speeding. Bond is set at $300.
