A sentencing hearing had been set for today (Monday), in Caldwell County Court for James Ryan Levi Grimes of Braymer. Grimes had pleaded guilty on November 12th, to two counts of passing bad checks.
On November 24th, a warrant was issued for alleged violation of bond conditions, and his bond was revoked.
Grimes remains at large and is wanted with no bond allowed on the new warrant.
