A man facing charges of alleged 2 counts of sexual misconduct involving a child under 15, statutory sodomy, and child molestation, has been committed to the Department of Mental Health because of incompetency to proceed.
A report from a Mental Examination was filed January 5th with the court in the case against Darrell Tyrone Dickerson of Chillicothe. The order of commitment was filed on Tuesday.
