The Missouri Chamber of Commerce and Industry recognized Representative Peggy McGaugh as a 2025 Business Champion. This recognition is given to state lawmakers who supported policies during the 2025 legislative session to grow the state’s economy and make Missouri a more competitive place to do business.
The Business Champions are selected after an analysis of attendance at educational events and voting records on important business issues. To be included, state legislators needed to achieve a score of 70% or higher based on the Missouri Chamber’s formula measuring key votes and event participation. Representative McGaugh achieved the score of 100%.
