Sixty-seven calls for service were handled by the Chillicothe Police Department on Wednesday.
Officers investigated a report of possible stealing on Mechanic Street and a hit-and-run crash on South Washington Street. Police also took reports involving harassment, possible fraud, and animal abuse or neglect.
A well-being check on North Washington Street led to officers assisting a confused individual. In addition, police are investigating a reported juvenile sex offense and several of the investigations remain ongoing.
