The Brookfield R-III School Board will meet Tuesday at the High School Media Center. Board members will gather for dinner at 4:45 p.m., with the open session beginning at 5:30.
The agenda includes approval of past meeting minutes, utility and food service reports, the student activities ledger, and payment of bills.
Under unfinished business, members will hear updates on capital projects, legislative issues, and district policy revisions. New business includes discussion of the 2026–27 school calendar, retirement letters, renewal of the district’s health plan, the hazard mitigation plan, and administrative reports.
The meeting will conclude with a closed session to discuss student matters, legal issues, personnel, and records.
