Heading into March, the Missouri Department of Transportation continues to work on bridges around the northwest part of the state and in the local counties. The work in the area will include general maintenance and there may be moving operations throughout the region.
In addition to the ongoing bridge projects, work in the local counties includes:
Carroll County
Route 10 – from March 2nd to May 15th, pavement repair and resurfacing project from Route FF to Route C in Ray County. The road will be narrowed to one lane with flaggers guiding motorists through the work zone.
Linn County
Route U – CLOSED beginning March 2-early May at the Long Branch Bridge, northwest of Bucklin, for a deck replacement project.
Sullivan County
Route T – CLOSED at the East Locust Creek bridge due to deterioration. The bridge is scheduled to be replaced in the spring.
