Seventy-one calls for service were handled by the Chillicothe Police Department on Monday.
Early in the day, officers handled several follow-ups on ongoing investigations. A possible trespassing incident in the 1300 block of South Mitchell ended without further issues when the individual left the property.
Police are investigating a report of property damage in the 100 block of South Washington Street.
Just before noon, officers responded to an unattended death in the 1600 block of Third Street. The investigation is ongoing, with assistance from the Livingston County Coroner’s Office.
Officers also handled a non-injury two-vehicle crash in the 900 block of Vine Street Monday evening when one vehicle reportedly backed into a parked vehicle.
