Two bookings for the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Department are reported for Thursday evening.
At about 10:54 pm, Deputies booked 20-year-old Avery M. Clay of Lathrop for alleged DWI – Prior Offender, Aggravated Fleeing, Speeding – 26 mhp or more over the limit, Careless and imprudent driving, failure to signal, and no insurance. She is held at the Caldwell County Detention Center with no bond allowed.
At about 7:42 pm, 44-year-old Draper Scott Richardson of Breckenridge. No information on bond or charges are available.
