The Chillicothe City Council will meet Monday in regular session. The meeting starts at 5:30 pm in the council chambers at City Hall.
Following the financials, a public hearing will be held for consideration of the Capital Improvement Sales Tax fund expenditures for the 26/27 fiscal year.
- Appearances include annual reports and funding requests from the Grand River Area Family YMCA, Hope Haven Industries, and Chillcithe Arts Council.
- An ordinance will be presented accepting the Broadway Street Overlay project.
- An ordinance will be considered for the feasibility study and master plan for Chillicothe City Hall.
- An ordinance accepting a Proposal for developing a Strategic Plan and Goal Setting.
- A Conditional Use Permit for the Chillicothe Mission property at 601 Waples.
- Ordinances for awarding bids for Haying and Farming ground.
A Closed executive session is planned for legal, real estate, and personnel matters.
