The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department reports three recent jail bookings.
36-year-old Cody Wayne Lewis was booked on three Jackson County warrants and on a 24-hour hold for Livingston County. Bond was set at $450 on the warrants.
28-year-old Justin Dale Frazier was booked by Chillicothe Police on a 24-hour hold.
20-year-old Kennady Leanne Simmons of Grain Valley was arrested on a Failure to Appear warrant from a municipal charge of alleged Animal Cruelty, from an incident in December of 2025. Bond is set at $250 cash only. Simmons also allegedly failed to appear on a domestic assault charge. A summons has been issued for that incident.
