An Iowa man was arrested by the Missouri Highway Patrol in Daviess County Thursday afternoon. At about 1:10 pm, Troopers arrested 36-year-old Jeffrey A. Starlin of Diagonal, IA, for alleged DWI and speeding. He was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
