Livingston County deputies booked 41-year-old Amy Lynn Brooks into the Caldwell County Detention Center. The arrest was on a warrant out of Saint Louis County for failure to appear on a charge of alleged possession of a controlled substance. Bond has been set at $10,000, cash only, with 10% allowed. She is awaiting extradition to Saint Louis County.
