Two arrests in Livingston County were reported by the Missouri Highway Patrol early Saturday morning.
At about 12:54 am, Troopers arrested 58-year-old Ricky E Ellis of Chillicothe for alleged DWI, failing to maintain the right half of the roadway, and no insurance. He was processed and released.
At about 1:20 am, Troopers arrested 27-year-old Devin T. Sullivan of Sumrall, Mississippi, for alleged DWI, driving while revoked or suspended, failure to signal, and failing to drive on the right half of the roadway. He was processed and released.
