The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department reports booking of two people into the Caldwell County Detention Center on Friday.
59-year-old Mark A. Burghart was arrested and booked by Chillicothe Police officers for alleged possession of burglary tools and trespassing. Bond was set at $10,000 cash only.
42-year-old James Bernard Fuller was arrested by Chillicothe police officers and booked for alleged possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $5000 cash only.
