Charges were filed against a 27-year-old Kansas City man. The Livingston County Prosecuting Attorney filed the charges of alleged Possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of a weapon – exhibiting, stealing, and tampering with a vehicle against Mitchell Lee Brown.
The probable cause statement indicates the incident leading to the charges allegedly occurred in November of 2025.
A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Brown, with bond set at $5,000 cash only.
