A Carrollton man was arrested by state troopers in Randolph County on Thursday morning. The Highway Patrol reports that at around 9:37 AM, 24-year-old Miguel A Ramon Mendoza was arrested for alleged driving while revoked. He was taken to the Randolph County Jail.
