The State of Missouri’s Jobs report for January has been released. The report shows Missouri’s non-farm payroll increased by 9,700 jobs, private industry employment increased by 10,700 jobs, and government employment decreased by 1,000 jobs.
Missouri’s smoothed seasonally adjusted unemployment rate was unchanged from December. That is also the same as January 2025.
The monthly unemployment report for January, with a breakdown by county, will be released on Friday.
