The Missouri Department of Transportation has several road work projects that are taking place across northwest Missouri in the local counties. Those projects include.
Caldwell County
Route 13 –Resurfacing and ADA improvements project from Samuel Street to School Street in Hamilton. Route 13 will be narrowed to one lane with flaggers.
Culvert Replacements:
Route U – CLOSED from Marshal Road to Spring Hill Road, Monday
Route U – CLOSED from Dustin Road to Route 13, Tuesday
Route B – CLOSED from Route U to Jefferson Drive, Wednesday and Thursday
Carroll County
Route 10 – Pavement repair and resurfacing project from Route FF to Route C in Ray County, through May 15. The road will be narrowed to one lane with flaggers guiding motorists through the work zone.
US 65 – Striping operation. This will be a moving operation. Motorists should expect delays. A 16-foot width restriction will be in place.
Route 41 – CLOSED at the Wakenda Chute Bridge, Monday-Thursday 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., for bridge maintenance.
Chariton County
Route EE — ADA improvements project from Route 139 to just west of Walnut Street in Sumner, through April 2026.
Culvert Replacements:
Route F – CLOSED from Siloam Avenue to Demsey Road, Monday – Thursday
Route F – CLOSED from Demsey Road to Hess Road, Friday
Daviess County
Route 13 – Resurfacing and ADA improvements project from Berry Street to Van Buren Street in Gallatin. Route 13 will be narrowed to one lane with flaggers.
Linn County
Route 11 – CLOSED at the Badger Creek Bridge, north of New Boston, for a bridge replacement project.
Route 139 – CLOSED at the Parson Creek Bridge, north of Meadville, for a bridge replacement project.
Route U – CLOSED at the Long Branch Bridge for a deck replacement project.
Route B – CLOSED at the Parsons Creek Bridge, a deck replacement project.
Route MM – CLOSED daily in up to 2-mile sections for resurfacing, Monday – Thursday
US 36 – Concrete replacement from Route 5 to Route F, all week. The eastbound driving lane will be closed around-the-clock.
Livingston County
Route K – CLOSED at the North Fork Crooked Creek Bridge for a bridge replacement project.
US 65 – Striping operation, This will be a moving operation. Motorists should expect delays. A 16-foot width restriction will be in place.
Sullivan County
Route 129 – CLOSED at the Spring Creek Bridge beginning monday for a bridge replacement project
Route PP – CLOSED at the West Locust Creek Bridge for a bridge replacement project
Route T – CLOSED at the East Locust Creek bridge for a bridge replacement project
Route MM – CLOSED daily in up to 2-mile sections for resurfacing, Monday – Thursday
Route Z – CLOSED daily in up to 2-mile sections for resurfacing, beginning Friday
