State Troopers report two arrests in the area on Tuesday.
At around 9:00 PM in Chariton County, state Troopers arrested 42-year-old Kaleena T. Nguyen of Moberly for alleged driving while intoxicated and failure to dim headlights. She was processed and released.
At about 9:15 PM in Dekalb County, 39-year-old William J. Bray of Cameron was arrested for alleged DWI and careless and imprudent driving. He was taken to the Davies DeKalb Regional Jail.
