The naming of a street in the Youssef Drive area was officially adopted by the Chillicothe City Council. Codes Officer Gill Gates explained the naming of Stratagy Lane.

The city received a petition to officially name the previously unnamed north/south street to Strategy Lane. The Council approved the street naming, but because the street is privately owned, the developer will be responsible for installing the appropriate street signs.
