A St. Louis man was arrested by Randolph County deputies on a Livingston County warrant for alleged failure to appear. Thirty-one-year-old Deontre Joshua Cedillo is awaiting transport to Livingston County on the warrant for charges of alleged Displayed/Possessed Motor Vehicle Plates of Another, Fail to Display Plates on Motor Vehicle, and No Insurance.
Bond is set at $700 cash only.
