State troopers reported 5 arrests in the area counties over the weekend.
A 20-year-old Brunswick man was arrested in Chariton County at around 6:30 PM Saturday. Jackson Elliott was arrested for alleged driving while intoxicated – resulting in serious physical injury, and for person under 21 possessing an altered ID. He was released for treatment.
State troopers in Caldwell County arrested four people Sunday for alleged tampering with a motor vehicle. The arrests occurred at around 12:40 PM.
- 27-year-old Aspen Clairmont of Fargo, ND. She was also arrested for alleged resisting arrest, identity theft, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- 20-year-old Paige Iten of Fargo, ND, also arrested for alleged trafficking in stolen identities, identity theft, resisting arrest, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
- 23-year-old Shanttiara Johnson of Chicago, IL, also for alleged resisting arrest.
- And 22-year-old Harlemm Williams of Chicago, also for alleged resisting arrest and trafficking of stolen ID’s.
They were all taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center.
