Chillicothe Police Report For The Weekend

Chillicothe Police handled nearly 200 calls for service from Friday through Sunday.

On Friday, officers responded to two non-injury vehicle accidents, conducted a welfare check, and assisted another agency in searching for a possibly impaired driver.

Saturday, officers dealt with a disturbance involving a violation of an ex parte order, attempted to serve a warrant, and addressed a harassment complaint. Additional calls included welfare checks and a pedestrian safety issue involving a man running in traffic.

On Sunday, officers again attempted to serve a warrant, responded to a disturbance that resolved before arrival, and made an arrest during a traffic stop for driving with a suspended license. Police also handled a noise complaint and multiple incidents involving pedestrians walking in traffic, with individuals advised to use sidewalks.

Officers also conducted numerous traffic stops, business checks, and returned phone calls throughout the weekend.
