The sale of approximately 10 acres located in the southeast corner of US-36 and US-65 was announced by Chillicothe Municipal Utilities. The property, which was formerly the site of the CMU sewer facility, has been vacant for over 40 years.
The property was purchased by 72 Stars LLC. The buyer will have more information on the intended development of the real estate in the near future.
